1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

2. Return Request Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share the return instructions.

3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Used or opened products

Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

Items purchased during sales or promotions (unless defective)

Personal care and hygiene products unless damaged or incorrect

4. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for returning the product to the address provided by our support team unless the error was on our end.

Please ensure the package is securely packed to avoid further damage.

5. Refund Policy
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

6. Important Note
As we will not provide any replacement or exchange, if you received any damaged or defective products, you should inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product to raise a return request. Once we approve the return, you should send back the product to the address from which it came to process the refund.
